Play Dough

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk flour, salt, cream of tartar, and vegetable oil together.
2. Add one cup boiling water, use a rubber spatula to mix, and be careful not to touch the dough while it is hot.
3. Once the dough has cooled some, knead in the food powder of your choice. If dividing the dough to make multiple colors, use two tbsp food powder for two colors, or one tbsp food powder for four.
