Tiki Smoothie

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine apple juice, yogurt, frozen banana or avocado, frozen mango, and carrot.
2. Cut a lime in half and squeeze the juice of one half into the blender. Blend on high until the ingredients mix well together and the carrot is finely blended.
3. Cut the remaining half of the lime into wedges. Pour the smoothie from the blender into 2 glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
