Rainbow Wrap Lunch

Instructions:

1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread cream cheese.
2. Lay a few slices of lunch meat over the cream cheese.
3. Add the veggies in rainbow order so you have stripes of red pepper, carrot, yellow pepper, baby spinach, and cabbage going across the tortilla.
4. Roll the tortilla up tightly and slice into 1 inch thick pinwheels.
5. Enjoy as is or add some sides to make it a boxed lunch!
