Rainbow Popsicles

Instructions:

1. In a large measuring cup, combine the Juice, coconut water and honey. Stir well to combine and set aside.
2. Layer the fruit into the popsicle molds, filling them about 2/3 full of fruit.
3. Top the popsicles up with the juice mixture.
4. Insert the popsicle sticks and place the popsicle mold in the freezer.
