Healthy Cookie Dough Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 8 frozen ice cubes of Apple & Eve Apple Juice
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 cup silken tofu (see note)
- 1 cup milk
- 2-4 tbsp almond butter, depending on tastes
- ¼ cup raw oats
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips, plus more for garnishing
Instructions:
- Do Ahead: Freeze juice in an ice cube tray. Soak the dates in very hot water for 5-10 minutes, remove pit.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and garnish with chocolate chips.
- Note: For a thicker smoothie, place the tofu in the freezer for an hour prior to blending.
