Empty toilet paper or paper towel rolls
Acrylic paint
Construction paper
Googly eyes
Glue
Paint brushes
Scissors
Instructions:
Paint inside and outside of toilet paper roll.
Cut roll into spiral and round the end that will become the head.
Glue googly eyes.
Cut out construction paper tongue and glue to head.
