Tissue Paper Flowers Peonie

Instructions:

1. Cut tissue paper into five 3.5 x 5” rectangles and stack them.
2. Fold from top down into 3/4 inch segments.
3. Zig-zag fold by flipping over to fold each time.
4. Once all the way folded, trim the edges to curve them like petals.
5. Fold in half the long way and cut notches along the fold on both sides.
6. Thread the pipe cleaner through the notches and twist so it is secured.
7. Gently unfold the petals and fluff them out.
