Tissue Paper Stained Glass

Instructions:

1. Print out templates.
2. Place wax paper over template.
3. Brush mod podge over wax paper and place tissue paper on top.
4. Coat with another layer of Mod Podge
5. Proceed until design is covered in tissue paper.
6. Cut out black construction paper in the shape of the template.
7. Cut out wax paper in the shape of the template.
8. Glue black construction paper outline on top of wax paper design.
9. Trim excess wax paper.
