Tissue Paper Flowers Poppy

Instructions:

1. Roll one end of a pipe cleaner till you get a small ball on the end.
2. Wrap the ball with a small square of yellow tissue paper and glue in place.
3. Cut a 3 x 1.5” rectangle of yellow tissue paper, fold in half, and fringe the open edge.
4. Glue fringed piece around the base of the ball.
5. Cut six 4” circles from the pink tissue paper.
6. Pinch the base of each petal to form a cup, and glue 3 around the stem.
7. Glue 3 more petals overlapping the first 3.
8. Carefully crunch the petals up into a cone shape.
9. Gently open them back up to form petals.
